The REC is the membership organisation dedicated to improving recruitment practice in the UK, both by setting standards for recruitment businesses to adhere to and by improving the knowledge and professionalism of individual consultants. The audited status verifies the compliance with the law and the REC’s Code of Good Recruitment Practice. Agencies can subscribe to become an REC member and agree to work according to the REC Code of Practice, but you can only be assured that those with the audited status do everything right.
During the audit process, the independent inspector looks at all records and procedures as well as interviewing internal staff to confirm they meet or exceed the expectations. “REC Audited” is a new initiative for the REC, arising out of members desire to provide full transparency and validation of their good business practice. Rotherwood Recruitment is among one of only 44 UK companies to achieve this accreditation – further evidence of the confidence and care with which we do business.
